Government Sales Executive (GEM/PSU’s)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Government Procurement Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales within the government procurement sector, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with government agencies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Experience: 1 to 2 Years’ experience in Government Procurement Sales Executive
CTC and Salary Range: Rs. 3,00,343/- to Rs. 3,61,785/- per annum + Sales Incentive: Up to Rs.1,20,000/- per annum. (In-hand Rs.20,000/- to Rs.25,000/- per month (Fixed) + PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefits + Sales Incentives (Up to Rs.10,000/-) per month based on target achievement).
Educational Qualification: Any Graduates with prior Government Sales Experiences. Candidates having completed their Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree into Electronics/Electronics & Tele-Communication (E&TC), Mechatronics or any relevant educational background will be preferred.
Desired Skills:
Excellent Communication Skills in English (Both verbal and written), Hindi and Marathi.
Good Convincing skills.

Job Responsibilities:
Portal Expertise:
Proficient in navigating government portals such as GeM, CPPP, SRM, IREPS, and IDM.
Ability to efficiently use these portals for procurement activities, including tender submission, bid evaluation, and contract management.
Government Procurement System:
In-depth understanding of the government procurement system, including procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
Familiarity with General Financial Rules (GFR) for government orders and compliance requirements.
Customer Management:
Experience in managing government customers, including PSUs and other government organizations.
Ability to understand and fulfil customer requirements while ensuring compliance with government procurement regulations.
Continuous Learning:
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new information, processes, and technologies related to government procurement.
Willingness to stay updated on changes in government policies, regulations, and procurement practices.
